In 1998 Pat and Linda Lichter who were both successful real estate agents married. As a result they decided to form a team and thus called it The Lichter Team.
The Lichter Team has been in the elite 1% of all the realtors in Omaha for many years. They close an average of 100 to 125 transactions per year mainly focusing on home sales. However also specializing in new construction, commercial, and land sales.
