NP DODGE REPORTS BEST REAL ESTATE SALES IN 48 MONTHS

Omaha, Nebraska - NP Dodge Real Estate continues to march upward bucking the national trend. Comparing March 2010 to previous years, the Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa markets saw the most pending sales since March 2006. There were over $95,000,000 in pending sales reported for March 2010. Listing volume was over $93,000,000, the last time volume was that high was January 2007.“The extraordinary sales and listing figures are due to the quality of our agents and the service they provide...and in part due to the Homeowner Tax Credits. I believe we have turned a corner in the market and should be able to carry the momentum into the following months,” said Mike Reidmann, President of Residential Sales. According to RISMedia’s 22nd Annual Power Broker Survey in the April 2010 issue of Real Estate Magazine, comparing 750+ real estate brokers throughout the country, NP Dodge was ranked 54th in transactions and 97th in sales volume.
